The company claims that they are in an aloe base and a higher percentage of the medicines is better for you but doesnt cite any research. I tried for one month and despite the hydrocortizone and aloe base, my head had so much flakiness. Cancelled my subscription and going to stick to foam.

We're so sorry to hear! Every customer's experience is different. That being said, in order to minimize any flakiness, we recommend that customers rinse out the product 2 hours after applying it.

Not a good start!
My second shipment came in right down the wire. I literally had no treatments left in the first shipment. They claim to send shipments to ensure continuity. They failed to do that. I called 3 days in a row until I got someone on the phone. Would take two days to respond to emails. After all of that.... The product arrived broken! I have called, text and emailed asking for an overnight replacement. We'll see how long that takes or even if they come through.

Hi there! We have it set up to have renewals match almost exactly with patients' usage. We ship bottles out monthly & each one has 30 days' supply so it should line up almost perfectly, which it sounds like it did (aside from unfortunately the bottle breaking in transit). Broken bottles we are always happy to replace w/ a rush delivery!

This is a scam
This company seems extremely sketchy. They promise a 50% off promo which doesn’t work, immediately charge your credit card for the full price before you’re even “approved” by a doctor and the company can’t be reached through emails, texts or phone calls. This has all the hallmarks of a scam.

Robert - I've reached out to you on Trustpilot to get more information about your order and experience. Please reply with your name, email, and order # - and I'll get support on this right away. We are happy to apply any promo codes that did not work. We charge the card after the subscription order is placed in to get the consultation process moving. We're happy to refund you if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

AVOID at all costs
First of all this product doesn't work any better than your average over the shelf minoxidil product. Second, it is advertised at $40 and takes about 10 days to get "approved" by the doctor since it contains minoxidil and topical finasteride. After that, I got my product 2 weeks later and on week 3 I received an email of a monthly subscription for $79!!! I tried to contact them and their customer service is ridiculously unhelpful. I asked them about the link to review the product I have delivered but they didn't share it. This means all the reviews on their website are manufactured by them!!! Absurd They said they can't cancel my order because it's already started processing the same day it was charged.... Simply talks a lot about this company

Sorry to hear about your experience! Our services are advertised as subscription products, and we do our best to make it clear by indicating this on the checkout page, follow up receipts, and on your account page on the site. Per our terms we are able to cancel the subscription at any time to stop future orders however we cannot guarantee that we can reverse orders before the pharmacy ships them out. We try to keep the turnaround time as fast as possible since each bottle is a 30 day supply and patients are charged monthly. In those cases where the order is no longer reversible we would only be able to accept a return. We are also able to talk more about it if you'd like to contact our support team!

Overpriced and uncomfortable
I tried happyhead because it seemed "safer" than an oral finasteride. The first thing that caught my eye is the price is about 3-4x as much as oral finasteride. VERY overpriced. They claim the topical finasteride is irritation-free and oil-free. However, these are not true. The liquid dries on your scalp and flakes off, leaving itchy skin and white chunks in your hair. I will look for something more comfortable and better priced.

Hi, David! Our formulation is at a higher price point because we customize each bottle according to every customer's specific needs. We are not a "one-size-fits-all" company. We also provide one of the strongest dosages of the medications in the market to increase efficacy. As for the side effects, unfortunately, rash and stinging are common side effects of the Minoxidil when you first start using our product. The good news is that it only lasts about 2 to 3 weeks! Our doctors are always available to help assist customers that are experiencing side effects in order to minimize symptoms and maximize results :)

Poor Customer Service
Product works well but the customer service is lacking. Many of my orders have arrived late and one of them cracked in the mail and I still haven’t heard back about getting a replacement bottle.
