Happy head is helping us with thinning or hairless. There was a problem with one of my subscriptions and Jove the agent who helped to care of it without hesitation. It took all but 5 minutes and I love happy head. I have more hair than I did years ago. Right on man

I completed the intake form, was presented with a treatment option, and my order was generated. I had a coupon, which was applied to my order for excellent savings. My order remained in pending for some time. After several days, I received an email from them stating my charge for the first three months would be more than 5x the cost that I was originally presented with. I was told I also could not use the coupon, even though the payment system had accepted it. (And I had already paid for the plan I thought I was getting.) I have the screenshot of the order to back up what I am saying. After I replied that I did not wish to continue on to any purchase anymore, I had two rounds of replies from support offering me better pricing, until they finally offered me a deep discount, and said they'd still accept the coupon after all. But by that time, I didn't feel like this was a good fit for me anymore, for how I prefer to do business. To be fair, after those several rounds of messages, they did issue my refund. After receiving my refund, I did update this review.
