Mildred (the operator) was pleasant, helpful and just doing her job. But the questions she was required to ask were bothersome. The questions were guised as wanting to provide me the best care, when in reality they were simply designed to deter cancellation—a flagrant example of business interests being placed above my best medical interests. I expressed that the product was not working. Rather than take “no” for an answer, the cancellation process required Mildred to attempt find another product to sell me. This was on top of the entire cancellation process—from start to finish—being clearly designed to make it hard to cancel. The cancellation button was hidden. Then a chat was required and then a phone call. This showed me that I am viewed only as a source of funds, not as a customer who you respect enough to abide by my wishes. Above all, it was clear my medical needs came second to business interests. This process made me feel like you view me as an ATM machine, not a patient. I would have considered rejoining in the future, but the intentional difficulty in the cancellation process has me certain that I will not be back

Hi Ricky! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear that the cancellation process left you feeling frustrated and undervalued. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. While we're glad to hear that Mildred was pleasant and professional, we understand that the questions she asked and the overall process felt more like a barrier than support. Our team asks detailed questions during these conversations to better understand your medical needs and ensure we’re providing care that is not only safe but truly aligned with your goals. This includes helping explain how the medication works, discussing alternative options that may be better suited for you, and making sure your health remains the priority. However, it’s clear that in this case, the process came across as overly focused on retention rather than support, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Thank you again for your candor. You've raised important points, and we're committed to improving because of them. While we’re sorry to see you go, we’re grateful you took the time to help us do better. We wish you the best on your hair growth journey!

Happy Head has worked for me worth noticeably filter, thicker hair in a few months, where minoxidil didn't work. I am taking the dutesteride and swear by it. The customer service has been top notch, and if there was ever a mix up with shipping or delivery, they always would correct things. I will be a customer for a long time!
