Unfortunately the hair treatment did not show results with me but I don't blame the treatment. I think it just had that effect on me. Other than that I was pleased with the service I received.

I bought a product and I wanted to cancel it in the same day. All the options on the website were made to make me change my mind. However, I called the customer service to cancel and they told me I can’t because the order is already on the way but it actually wasn’t and they shipped it couple of days later. Very disappointed with this behavior of not refunding the money and lying about the order status.

Once your prescription is approved by your dermatologist, the pharmacy immediately begins compounding your medication. Because each formula is made fresh and personalized, the compounding process cannot be stopped once it begins. That said, you are still more than welcome to return the product for a full refund, in accordance with our return policy. Do not use this company. They are a complete fraud! I order one item for my husband. This company keeps charging me monthly random costs even though I have contacted multiple times the customer service department to cancel. They email back subscription is cancelled, then another bill comes every months. I have reported this company to BBB- they are a complete scam. Do not use- read the reviews.
