I ordered medication from Happy Head along with a few other items. When only part of my order arrived (2 out of 4 items), I was initially concerned. I reached out to customer service and received a reply in under an hour. Cecilia O. explained that the remaining items were shipping separately, confirmed that the pharmacy had my order, and ensured it was being processed. She even followed up a few days later to confirm it had shipped. Outstanding service—Cecilia O. was prompt, helpful, and proactive. Very impressed!

My prescribed medication was always shipped on time. The assessment and ordering process was very easy and comfortable being done online from home. Happy Head customer service was very nice, and fast to respond. Both times when contacted customer service reps were able to resolve the issue I had. Thank you so much. I plan to continue purchasing medication from Happy Head hereafter.

What I really loved about the support was the empathy and understanding the company has for your needs. I have ordered from other hair sites where the response to your questions is simply “unfortunately,” without reviewing or taking the time to understand your needs. I want to thank Angelica D. for going above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend

I started using HH in February 2025 and its now August 2025. 6months in and my hair has filled in tremendously. I was skeptical at first because I didnt know if it worked for African Americans..But guess what...it works. My hair had feel out bad due to stress, job, and a bad platinum outcome. But my hair has come along way. I wear a shaved head but its filled in so nicely since using HH.I recently upped the dosage because the goal now is to grow my hair out as much as I can.

Happy Head is an awesome product! I had my reservations at first but once I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's incredibly powerful ingredients work fast and do their job well. My hair is growing fast, and in the places where I could see my scalp before it's covered with brand new hair. I highly recommend it to anyone with issues like balding. It really works fast and efficiently. Thanks Happy Head!🤩
