DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you make one purchase, sales people will call you every day. I keep blocking their number and then they call from another number trying to convince me to place another order. There was also a sign up promotion that they refused to honor on my first order.

Hi Jeff! Thanks for sharing your experience, and we take this kind of feedback seriously. We want to be clear that repeated or unwanted outreach isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Our team may attempt to follow up after an order to offer support or answer questions, but persistent daily calls, especially from multiple numbers, should not be happening. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and would like to investigate this further to ensure it’s addressed. Regarding the promotion, we understand how disappointing it is when an expected offer isn’t applied. We’d appreciate the chance to review your order and clarify what happened so we can make it right if there was any error. Please reach out to us so we can locate your account, stop any further outreach immediately, and take a closer look at the promotion issue.

Their customer service through their contact chat was just wonderful. Raven helped me more than I thought possible. Basically silly me messed up my initial order. Raven was able to work through connecting with my doctor, getting the correct prescription, and figuring out payment, and even attempted to expedite shipping for me. Seriously just a wonderful service and a huge relief.

Hi Omar! Thanks so much for your kind words, and we’re thrilled to hear about your experience! Raven will be especially happy to know their support made such a difference. We understand that getting started can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, and we’re so glad they were able to step in, coordinate with your doctor, correct your prescription, and help sort out payment and shipping. That kind of hands-on care is exactly what we aim to provide. If you ever need anything else along the way, we’re always here to help. Thanks again for choosing Happy Head!
