I was traveling when my regularly…
I was traveling when my regularly scheduled shipment came to my mailbox. Although I had submitted a hold-mail request with USPS, the post office continued to pile my mail in my mailbox, which meant my order had been sitting in 100+ degree heat for almost 2 weeks. I called Happy Head directly, and they sent a replacement order with no further hassle! It was just refreshing to not be treated like I was trying to get something over on them!

Happy Head offers a good product that works to stop hair loss.
Customer service picks up right away and has a real person talking to you who helps you. Happy Head product actually works. I have been a customer for about a year and will continue using them for my hair loss mitigation

My experience with Happy Head so far has has been really good. The sales rep named Steven that I worked with was top notch. Im pleased with their customer service!

Great Super Capsule ED!

Quick resolution of issue
I was very happy with the quick resolution of my issue and the knowledge of the representative. I was not happy though that when I had decided to try another product for free because I had issues with the first one, I was not told that if I wasn’t happy with the second produce I wouldnt get my money back. That Information should be disclosed at the time you are deciding.
