The fact that they have human beings who pick up the phone and know how to resolve problems is a huge plus. All the people who have helped me have been pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The product is a bit more expensive than elsewhere and I just started so I didn't know how it will work, but the way the company works and takes care of customers has been so far great.
