This is the first time I’ve done a hair treatment, a topical hair treatment so I’m very inexperienced with it and I ordered a very all-in-one cream for the scalp as I actually have quite a bit of hair, it was messy. I called and asked if I could change to the alcohol based drops, which seemed like I’d be able to get through my hair a lot better and straight to the scalp and Layla was quick to help. She said don’t worry they’re gonna send a bottle out. I’m gonna send the three months I purchased ahead of time back all is good. They were very helpful. Layla did a great job. I can’t comment on how effective the product is because I actually haven’t used it yet But the reviews are great and I kind of go by that for right now

VERY HARD TO CANCEL, NO WAY TO DO IT ONLINE!! As a pharmacist, I thought that formula could work but I don't even think they put the real active ingredients. It was useless and it's impossible to cancel online. You have to call and go through hoops and refuse the service 10 times before they let you cancel. If it was a legit business, the option to cancel would have been online, same the option to start subscription.
