I had some issues with the shipping process, but the customer service was very responsive and helpful. They really helped me to solve the problem. Highly recommended and great service! Other than that, the product is also really cool! It's not noisy and also very quiet even in "spin" mode. Awesome!

Good customer service - true to their word. The design of the product is good. Unfortunately, the item we received was dysfunctional (LED Panel) and could not be operated. HAVA gave us various options to remedy the situation which we appreciated. There is no telling what happen to the product to arrive in a dysfunctional condition (i.e. package handling, transport conditions, etc.).

I bought A HAVA Table top dishwasher, looked on there website and viewed the pictures and looked good only to know that the plates I have does not fit in the dishwasher, I contacted the company and explained and wanted to return it, I never used or installed the dishwasher, obviously you have to take it out and open it to see if plates bowls fit, I was gobsmacked and shocked that they were going to charge me 25% of the price including postage to send back. I have never been so insulted and given bad service like this before, I ADVISE ANYONE NEVER TO BUY OFF THIS CONNING, ROBBING, THIEVING COMPANY.

Cette petite machine à laver est incroyable ! Elle est tellement bien conçue, les ingénieurs ont pensé chaque détail. Elle est très simple à installer, et à faire fonctionner . Elle lave vraiment bien même du linge très sale grâce à son programme long intense, et le choix des programmes permet de sélectionner le mode adéquat . L’essorage est époustouflant, la machine ne bouge pas grâce aux pieds qui adhèrent au sol, du coup le linge étendu sèche vite. Et en plus elle est assez silencieuse et très esthétique. J’ai passé beaucoup de temps à regarder tous les modèles existants sur Internet, et celle-ci est la seule qui chauffe l’eau et qui a une pompe de relevage pour évacuer l’eau usée à la hauteur d’un évier. Je l’ai offerte à ma fille qui habite dans une chambre de bonne de 10m2, et c’est tellement pratique pour elle. Elle est conquise. Même la livraison a été ultra rapide, elle a été expédiée le lendemain de la commande, et est arrivée en 3 jours ( partie d’Allemagne pour livraison en France), et la machine était impeccablement emballée, aucun risque qu’elle soit abîmée pendant le transport. Je recommande avec sincérité cette machine exceptionnelle.

SAV au top! J'avais un problème de chauffe de l'eau de mon lave vaisselle. Le support a été hyper réactif et compétent. Mon problème a été résolu très rapidement et facilement en m'envoyant la pièce de rechange. Le matériel est très bien pensé pour pouvoir changer les principaux éléments par nous même. Ce qui évite d'avoir à renvoyer tout l'appareil. Je recommande Hava sans hésitation.

When I first got the Hava T01, I wanted to return it because I realized it only washes clothes with cold water, not warm. That was already a downside for me. Then, I noticed a big issue with the drainage system — you can really only use it in a bathroom, which is inconvenient. However, I decided to give it a try and used it today. I ended up keeping it, but I had to wash my clothes twice on the 65-minute cycle because some stains didn’t come out the first time. After the second wash, when the program finished, I took the clothes out and they were still soaking wet and very heavy to carry. So overall, I don’t think the machine works as well as it should — especially considering how wet the clothes are after the wash.

Regarding drainage, the T01 is indeed designed for downward drainage, which is specified in the product details. Abwicklung meiner Bestellung war sehr transparent. Leider ist bei Auslieferung durch Drittanbieter ein Missgeschick passiert und ein falsches Paket wurde geliefert. Havalab fragte nach Zustellung nach, ob alles ok sei. Meine Rückmeldung der Fehllieferung wurde sofort ernst genommen, eine Ersatzlieferung, die problemlos ablief, veranlasst und die Retoursendung organisiert. Havalab hat alles sehr kundenorientiert richtig gemacht! Ich bin sowohl vom Produkt als auch von der Organisation begeistert. Wenn nur alle Firmen so wären! Bravo Havalab
