The Abound Team represents the highest levels of support I have experienced. Responses to queries very fast, answers were clear and consist of all necessary details. Most appreciate to Allison, Rochaelle and Abby (sorry if I forget to listed someone). They are able to help with any questions (missing items, shipping, payments, portal support, etcc). They responded very fast and always go an extra mile at every stage. I wish other company would be the same.

Service tech came to evaluate lack of connection to the internet last Saturday. He was courteous, professional and immediately found the problems that caused the disruption of the internet connection. Since I had also just purchased a smart tv, he answered my questions about the new tv. I couldn't believe how quickly he solved the problems and how well he explained what happened. We were very grateful for his expertise and professionalism!
