I'm a brand on 6 different platforms and Abound ALWAYS goes out of their way to ensure my success and address any issues! This is the BEST wholesale platform hands down! I have to say it's some of the best customer service I have every recieved from any business. Most of my concerns are addressed within a few hours to a single day. I have contacted them for everything from a FREE brand review, suggestions for their platform, returns, and much more. Stop and think of any company that you have had correspondence with their customer service agents roughly two dozen times and have found it helpful, quick, and even enjoyable. On top of that my largest client has come from Abound! I really can't ask for more.

Be very careful with this company. I applied and was accepted as a customer on Jan 5 2022. I placed 2 small orders which I received perfectly. But, on Jan 6 2022 there were 2 fraudulent transactions in the amount of $500 each. My bank caught the second transaction, but unfortunately the second transaction went thru. I still have not received the $500 that was stolen from me. As a very small business this is hard to recoup. I have tried contacting Abound and they can’t help. I tried contacting the bank, but a business account is not protected under the same regulations as a personal account and they said it could take months if I ever get it back!! I call the company (luxury dolls beauty bar) In Wisconsin and guess what…. They can’t help either!! So I guess I’m not ordering from abound anymore as they are not a secure sight!!

Customer service is super fast and friendy. I joined abound recently and found it so easy to use. It has made placing orders for someone like me so much easier and ive found so many new suppliers already to be able to expand my business. Im super excited for future orders and to be apart of the abound family thankyou
