I am new to Abound and had a question. The response time was quick and thorough. So often it takes a day or so to get a “so-so” reply , but this response came within an hour. I am ready to place my first order and will leave more feedback when I receive the items. So far I am impressed with the selection and prices of items.

Since onboarding the platform last summer, I've had such a smooth experience. My only regret was not joining sooner. The Brand Success and Customer Experience teams are Top-Tier! FIVE STARS!
