I used the chat function, after 10pm to resolve 2 separate queries about a new account we had just set up. Diane and Allison solved my problems immediately and without any hassle making it very easy to do business with Abound.

Great mix of vendors but issues with the site functions. The website is missing a lot of important functions for retailers to easily reorder and search for specific products.

I decided to use Abound for the first time and boy am I glad I did!!!! I thought I had an issue with my order and quickly reached out to the team. Amanda responded quickly and actually helped-most companies do not take the time to personally respond and/or offer a real solution. I will be placing a majority of my orders through Abound for my retail business. --R.Wright
