Fast service

Alpha Medical has been very easy to use. Talking to a provider and receiving my medication has been very streamlined. I’m pleasantly surprised!

Overall very happy with the services I've received. Quick responses and appear to be very knowledgeable. Will continue to work with and would recommend.

I would like to be easier to get in touch with the support system

My provider is Kathleen Moore, and she is fantastic. She listened to everything I had to say, and worked really hard to find a path to get me feeling better. Alpha medical is user friendly, my medication arrived on time, and I will be continuing to use them.

The first few months with alpha was great and then somehow everything went downhill. My prescription was authorized and canceled 4 times. Everyone gets and gives misinformation. Everytime you message someone, someone else responds that knows nothing and you start from the beginning.

bad review trying to buy something and i get told no, and no refund ya thx i had a few people tell me about this site but now ill be telling them about your bad service
