I was charged $70 for medication, spironolactone, that I never asked for and never received. I have emailed customer service several times about this issue and they have refused to issue a refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

Very helpful and make the process to receive medication super easy. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable on what medications would work best for my needs.
