Alpha Medical has been helpful and convenient. They are easy to work with and informative while giving exceptional care.

I started my journey with Alpha Medical 20 days ago and was given a prescription within 24 hours. My local pharmacy would not honor the prescription because it was not written by a doctor but by a nurse practitioner. I then went through their pharmacy using my insurance. I put my insurance information in three different times and got pre approved by my insurance each time. However Alpha medical wants another pre-approval or me to upload my insurance again. In reality they want me to pay cash for my prescription, well over a 1000$ a month and for the monthly visits. Please do not use this company, they will give you the run around unless you pay in cash for your prescriptions, even if your insurance is willing to work with them and their pharmacy.
