Very pleased with the service and time it took to receive my order…

Just using my insurance I only pay 9$ for a 3 month supply of birth control. Using alpha medical, I pay 45$ for a 3 month supply. I’m currently trying to stop the subscription but nobody has reached out to me!!

Came on time and was packaged well. It even came with little lip balm so that was nice.

Refuse to refund over charges

Great customer service from the beginning to the end..

They are usually wonderful but I've had to fight for my meds since July bc they keep neglecting to ship them.

The service is nice but doctors and support take too long to respond to messages. This is a form of health care so I believe support should be available 24/7

They take your money then you do not speak to a provider. You get messages that sound robotic . So I was charged $50 with no real consultation and no meds . I ask for a refund and they do not provide one on there guidelines ?? It’s a scam and I was so disappointed bc it would of been so much more convenient
