Got it fast and easy!

Great experience so far, even better than telemedicine IMO

I was able to receive a thorough assessment/diagnosis and treatment in a matter of hours. My doctor listened to my concerns, prescribed medication, sent wonderful resources and explained the next steps. I am blown away at the ease of using Alpha as well as the professionalism of the doctor. 10/10 would recommend.

A horrible experience from start to finish. A disorganized company that will happily take your money and then stop following up. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no medication because they sent it to a “partner pharmacy” and never told me where it was sent. They have stopped responding to my help requests. Dishonest and NOT worth the hassle.

The responsiveness and speed of this service is crazy to me! Not only did I receive exactly what I needed without having to jump through hoops, the cost was reasonable. It really took the stress out of "going to the doctor".

Very bad experience, had to wait a day for a single reply, felt like my issues were ignored and not addressed properly. Switching back to KHealth instead.
