Easy to obtain my first refill, and share feedback of how I felt after initial 30 days using medication. Prompt response to my communication with my provider. Provider acknowledged my feedback and concerns and suggestions for medication modification. Quick delivery of refill medication.

I was able to get in with a provider easily they reviewed my medical information and got back to me super quick. I was able to use my insurance with the prescriptions and they shipt out pretty fast.

Alpha medical has been just an eye - opening fantastic experience. I can't imagine visiting an in-person doctor's office now and paying so much more . I've tried using Alpha partner pharmacy and using my own local pharmacy. Both worked speedily. My provider had the rx to my pharmacy within 2 hours, and when I used their pharmacy (using my own insurance), it was delivered in 2-3 days. My questions are answered within the day most times, even if it's later in the evening. I *really* thought this was too good to be true.. I read a ton of reviews before delving in, and am so glad I did. I plan to use Alpha indefinitely!
