The Hey Abby is an amazing hydroponic growing system. Grow your first buds or your 100th plant, Hey Abby will give you the control and directions you need to get you started or refine your technique. A growing family of growers will show you their progress and give you pro tips on how to get the best from your plants. The box has built in tank, filters, fans, lights and USB outlets for add ons. Hey Abby has their own nutrients with an app that guide you to the darkest grow possible. Everyone can have a green thumb with Hey Abby.

I didn't like how the site says the item would ship in two days and I'm still waiting on delivery. I ordered two replacement reusable seed cups on 2/7 and it is 2/16. How is something in stock but taking forever to get here?
Reply from heyabby.comFeb 19, 2024
Thanks for sharing your concerns about the shipping time for your order of two replacement reusable seed cups. We want to clarify that your order was placed on 2/7 and shipped the next day, on 2/8, in line with our commitment to prompt dispatch. It seems there might have been a misunderstanding between the ship date and the delivery date. Shipping times can vary due to factors beyond our control once an item leaves our facility. We understand your frustration with the wait and appreciate your patience. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer support at [email protected]. Happy growing!
