My 420 arrived today, as scheduled in perfect shape! I will say that the packaging is above average! Everything is synced with my app and working properly at this point. Five stars is hard to get!. 😊 Years of retail! But good job so far! Thanks

I ordered this unit about two months ago and still have not got everything to it only a grow cam where's everything else at????

Thank you for the review. By looking into your case, we found that you placed a pre-order on grow box on Nov 19, and the pre-order package was shipped on Dec 8 and delivered on Dec 14. The tracking info was emailed to you when it shipped and a follow up email was sent by our customer service team to make sure everything arrived in good condition.

Me and my husband are first time indoor hydroponic growers. We are very pleased with the HEY ABBY!! it arrived today and we were so excited. Had an issue with my abby disconnecting to my router on its own and not connecting again when I try to connect it back to the system. I contacted the hey abby team and they told me to a step-by-step for the system that wasn't on the tips page. They responded in a timely manner so that it didn't affect my plant I had growing in the abby. I really appreciated the fact that they where professional with the step by step support in helping me do so in the process.
