When needing critical support, response leaves much to be desired. The device malfunctioned 3 weeks into a new grow. Reached out to support for help and only received a “bot” response with general information - which is completely unhelpful. 😡

I have only had my box for two days now, I will update later on after I’ve had a few grows but so far everything with hey Abby has been great! They have been very responsive and helpful with answering all my questions even before purchasing. Also still can’t believe how simple they try to make the whole process. All the step by step instructions, videos and the way you can just message on the app for support if you have any issues is much better then what I realistically expected. Great so far, thank you!

This company is going above and beyond any other grow box company that I know of. They are more than willing to take time out of their schedule to message you back frequently, they give great advice, they are very supportive and will help you get your products delivered in the most timely fashion possible. I have full confidence with this brand even though I am a new customer, it feels like I've been buying stuff from them for a long time. It has that Mom and Pop shop kind of feel and I think anyone that is new or experienced in this industry would definitely welcome them with open arms. Our shipping was expected to be late on a pre-order item and they were nice enough to not only expedite it, but expedite it the week that they messaged me about it. So I ended up getting it literally one day after it was supposed to SHIP, not be delivered. So basically it got here in turbo speed and all the contents of the package were undamaged and came to us in immaculate condition. The expedited shipping even let it be shipped through UPS, and they were kind enough to carry the heavy crate up the stairs for me. Five stars for hey Abby and five stars for UPS for great excellent service and communication and above all, consumer confidence in a company that is just starting to blow up and get popular. I think anybody of any age that wants to grow their own crop or plant indoors should give hey Abby a whirl and see why they too, will love every bit of it.
