Valerie was absolutely great. She was empathetic to my needs and was excellent at finding a path to address the problems that I presented to her. And even though we couldn’t completely address the problems while we were on the phone, she definitely instilled confidence in me that she would stay on the problems and enlist whatever help would be required to get me the answers I needed. Oh, and she has a terrific Sense of Humor which definitely helped the tenor of the conversation.
