Mira on the customer service team has done an outstanding job for all my follow-up questions. She is patient and willing to take the time to help me getting my questions completely resolved. I really appreciate working with her and have enjoyed the customer service at Horizon Trust.

I called in to get help with a 401K transfer from a former employer. The first person I spoke with on the customer service line told me that I would need to speak with someone in a different department and that they could set up an appointment the following day. A time was confirmed, but then she said that she would check to see if anyone was available at that time. A brief wait and then she came back on and introduced me to Samantha Lugo. Samantha took some information about the transfer and coached me on how the process would go. She then quickly got in touch with the plan providers to arrange the transfer and helped getting all the proper information conveyed to initiate the transfer. Samantha was professional, knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Thank you for having well trained, friendly people to help with these important tasks.
