Just completed my first transaction with my trust advisor Amber Neubig and her processing team partner Christina Diaz. Both handled everything promptly and professionally. I look forward to working on more projects with them and Horizon Trust.

Jessika Soto answered every question that I had. We discussed the Roth IRA and the steps needed to transfer the taxable IRA into a Roth IRA. I am confident that in a short period of time all the funds will be transferred into a single account.

Very nice and helpful. Walked me through the paperwork that need to be filled out manually and was able to answer all my questions.

The biggest factor in a great experience was the customer service I received from Bree. She was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She answered or found answers to every question or concern I had. I was very satisfied!

Speaking with Samantha was what made my experience great. She was very pleasant and patient and stayed on the phone with me until the paperwork was complete which can sometimes be a challenge for someone of my age (80). I really appreciated having her support and I was able to complete the paperwork without stress. She was great!!!

I have nothing but praise for the team at Horizon Trust. My past experience with other organizations was frustrating and with Horizon it is efficient, easy and everyone has exceptional customer focus.
