I am a regular Horizon Trust client, and hold a Self-Directed 401-K with and through them. I have had consistently great customer service response with Horizon since joining them in 2021. Today's call with Taddie was no exception. Taddie was very polite, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. She set up and scheduled a more in-depth tele-conference with one of their specialists for the following day. I greatly appreciate Taddie's great service and concern! Taddie is among many HT specialists who have helped me with professionalism and courtesy over the past 2 1/2 years. Alliance shield directed us to Horizon Trust. He said we are moving money, and didn't say it was a transaction. Horizon used the exact same words, even though they had an invoice in front of them. They said nothing about $45.16 per coin. We lost over $200,000.00 in the deal. Horizon called to verify the transaction without saying anything about the transaction. Never updated our account down, so they could charge for the full amount we deposited.
