I would put 0 stars. Several calls were made to pickup boxes of flooring, but no calls, text nor emails were received. HubGroup keeps wasting our time by saying someone will call within 24 to 48 hours, no calls are received leaving the customer waiting. I was able to schedule a pickup, but no one showed up. I notified HomeDepot. They should not associate with unreliable and untrustworthy vendors like HubGroup.

I'm not sure if it went well or not. It was a very pleasant exchange but it remains to be seen if I'm actually contacted by Hub to make arrangements for item to be picked up.

Hub Group canceled my scheduled pickup without notifying me. I had to reach out to them myself, only to be told by Kayla J that they could not complete the return pickup that day. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for updates about a scheduled service. The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. I wasted my time waiting for a pickup that never happened. I would not recommend Hub Group based on this experience.

I would give this company a negative rating if it were possible, and based on other reviews, it appears I'm not alone. Like many others have experienced, customer service repeatedly promises, "Someone will contact you within 24–48 hours," yet no one ever follows up. So far, I've had two scheduled deliveries, both unsuccessful. The first was canceled because their truck supposedly broke down. The second was a complete no-call, no-show, with no communication or explanation. Their live chat support is virtually useless, offering generic responses without any meaningful resolution. It appears the company has little to no oversight or accountability for the third-party terminals and delivery providers it contracts with. I'm genuinely surprised this company remains in business given its terrible customer service, poor planning, lack of communication, and complete disregard for its customers' time. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you have other delivery options.

Today Hub delivered a sofa bed we had ordered from Home Depot. Hub was good about communicating the 4-hour block of time it would arrive and narrowing down the time block as they progressed. Home Depot had failed to let them know that we had paid for a complete "white glove" delivery, but Jose and his partner graciously did it anyway, assembling the sofa bed and discarding the cardboard, saying "we like to help people."

Waited 6 hrs for a delievery yesterday. It was scheduled between 2-4. At 3:58 I called and was told driver had one more stop before me and delivery would be before 7pm. At 7:10 hubgroup no longer answered their phone. At 8: 45 am this morning I called and was told someone had to reach out to reschedule, as todays truck was already loaded. Totally unprofessional. Driver no call no show, just quit doing his job at 4:30. Dispatch no call to inform me. I should have been the first stop this morning.

Hubgroup driver delivered 1 wrong item and 1 item partially. I was supposed to get an armchair and a desk, and I dont have a whole of anything. The delivery guy dropped them off and FORGED my signature on the slip that documented the delivery as complete. Then, when I called and mentioned this to him, he THREATENED me. I am very scared now, as he naturally knows my address. HUBGROUP, wth?

Absolute nightmare of a company—avoid at all costs! Home Depot hired HubGroup to pick up a heavy, defective bathroom vanity that arrived with a broken marble top. Their drivers showed up on 9/29, took one look at it, and immediately refused to touch it, claiming it was "too heavy." They didn't even bother bringing a pallet jack or basic moving equipment—an unforgivable oversight for a freight/delivery logistics company. I even offered to unpack the box and remove the damaged marble top myself to make it over 100 lbs lighter, but they refused to cooperate. They simply snapped a few pictures, claimed someone would follow up to reschedule, and left. Predictably, I never heard back. Since that day, I have made six separate attempts to get this pickup rescheduled: Phone: Their automated system took my information and promised a follow-up within 2 days. Nothing. Live Chat: I explained the situation to a representative who assured me someone would call. Nothing. Email: I sent a message to their lastmile email address over a week ago. Complete radio silence. There is literally no way to reach a live human being on the phone. Their customer service is an absolute black hole. HubGroup is easily the worst logistics service I have ever dealt with, and Home Depot needs to drop them immediately.
