Unable to cancel membership online. IF i can signup online, i should be able to Cancel online. Why do i have to call to cancel ?

EDIT: Raising to 3 stars because EVENTUALLY they quit contacting us. I still have no clue where they obtained our information. First of All, I never signed up for IdentityIQ. They confuse my email address with my husband's name. I have told them repeatedly neither one of us ever signed up for IdentityIQ and therefore, they should not have any of our information. They repeatedly email me under my husbands name claiming I need to call them, but I feel that is unnecessary considering we never reached out to them first. I thought it was a scam at first, but after researching the company, it isn't a scam but they are certainly obtaining people's information through illegal manners and harassing us and refuse to remove our information from their database.

I enrolled in IdentityIQ at the recommendation of a third party, despite already having a fraud and credit monitoring subscription with another company that I have been satisfied with. After five months, I made the decision to cancel my IdentityIQ membership due to my existing subscription providing multiple FICO scores as opposed to just a VantageScore. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the previous representative did not cancel my membership as requested, which reflects poorly on the company. However, the most recent rep did and I received an immediate cancellation email.

Identity IQ is now showing more and more issues with reflecting all 3 credit bureaus. They are not checking their system to see what bureaus are missing and what is not working right with their program. They have no problem charging the amount due every single month, but they do not capture systematically ensuring every bureaus is loading. You as a customer must tell them when a bureau is not loading??? If a bureau is not loading and has been missing for over a month, then the customer should not be charged. They need to manage their system more rather than relying on the customer who is charged regardless to inform them when something is not working. Then the customer service reps have differing information. They say, "call the bureau" or "if you have a fraud alert it will not load" these are not true. And....recently I was told to refresh to get an updated report???!!!! When did that become a response? If I pay every single month, the system should auto refresh every single month. I actually having missing months of credit reports that I paid for?? These guys are becoming archaic in their processes and non proactive --- all the while taking their customer's money for what they are not providing every month???

The credit repair service I'm using requires the CRs from IDIQ. My issue is that I haven't been able to see any updates for over a month. I just get an error message. I've called mad times about it. Also, I'm paying for credit monitoring but it doesn't update in real-time. It goes weeks without any updates but I've paid accounts off. The customer service is good. They looked into my issue and tried to help. So they gave me a refund on the service. Only once was I annoyed. I called 10 minutes before closing and the rep kept trying to tell me someone would call me back. of course, that didn't happen.
