The issue notification arrived properly. I called in and was not kept on hold or sent around the IVR for too long. The representative was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly what to do and accomplished the tasks quickly and efficiently. The whole process could have been a nightmare but instead was a non-event.
