IDShieldReviews of idshield.com

We signed up for legal/ID shield a few years ago when IRS contacted us to say that someone had tried to file our tax return. Since then, we have always been notified if our email ids or other details have been found in the dark web. We immediately change our passwords. We do feel more secure with legal/ID shield.

I was totally frustrated by the docs required for me to prove "my identity" so I can get a passport or Real ID! Because I was adopted by my stepdad, two marriages & divorces, going back to my maiden name in between, the task was daunting! Finally, remembered to call IDShield to seek help! Shawna was great & sent links to portals to aid in my search!!! Great service!

Thank You for providing service with excellence from the app, to the email correspondence, to protecting what matters the most! Every aspect of ID Shield is top notch quality!

Recently, I was a victim of fraud. I contacted IDS and my consultant assisted me right away. He informed me of what he was going to do and advised me on what action steps I needed to take to help protect myself from future fraud. He was able to reach out to the company that was used by the perpetrator to use my credit. Within a week, the credit company was able to take action on the fraud issue in response to the request from IDS and myself. Thank you!

I had received a warning from ID Shield that I had something unusual. I called to check what it was and what I needed to do. The investigator told me what it was. I was relieved that it was a new account I had just opened. I appreciated the fast response given me to this change in my financial portfolio. I am very pleased with ID Sheild.

ID Shield is a piece of junk. We signed up last month. Their website is glitchy, the links don't work. I've tried ID Shield customer support and got varied responses. My Safari and Google browsers are up to date, history, cache and cookies cleared and still the same garbage. I've spent numerous hours on the phone with them. Calling customer support is a waste of time. The most valuable piece of information I received is to go to (my dot lsengage dot com forward slash technicalsupport) and enter information along with screen shots. I can't believe the response is to use the phone when all their IT people have to do is fix their links.

Shawna couldn’t have been more willing to help, and went over and above what I was expecting. She gave me far more information than I even knew to ask for. Took care of business while I was on the phone with her, saving me the trouble and time it might have taken me on my own. She suggested another measure to add additional security on my account without any cost to me. She was very friendly and concerned while remaining professional and efficient. This is not my first interaction with ID Shield. And I have and will continue to recommend and refer this company to my friends and family.

very helpful
