Inter-Shell was very proactive when we initially had a problem with delivery, they were very transparent and made it right. The only thing I would do differently being in business myself, is use UPS overnight shipping. Whenever I order parts, I try to get the company that uses UPS if it’s an emergency. FedEx has a lot of bumps in the road. When the drivers are not actually employees, they don’t seem to care if it makes it overnight. That’s not good when it’s fresh seafood. I don’t mind paying the $84 for shipping in my area but when it doesn’t come overnight for $84 it’s very discouraging. But that’s really not in Inter-Shell‘s fault I will definitely order again.

Once again, Intershell comes through. Shipped on time, arrived frozen per request and the whole belly clams fried to perfection. This company knows what it's doing and treats their customers with respect. Well done!

I’ve ordered from Intershell twice in the past month. The lobsters taste fantastic and their oysters are perfect. We also tried the sushi grade tuna and it was good quality. They are now my go to for Eastcoast seafood.

I received my order when I wanted it and I got everything that I ordered. The clams were perfect and they were enjoyed by many. Living in Iowa is almost impossible to get whole belly clams and Intershellseafood is my go to.
