iSolved is a user friendly platform. I enjoy the range of reports they have. They are constantly improving their software and take clients/partners voices into consideration when making updates. iSolved does have some downsides such as not responding to support tickets in a timely manner.

My experience with isolved has been very positive. It’s easy to use, helps streamline HR and payroll tasks, and makes managing employee information much more efficient.

They have a lot of the answers in the university. I always go there before getting in touch with our representative. I'm not very happy with Sam, it just says we have your question & someone will answer. The rep we used to have answered right away. Most of the customer service staff are very nice and get the solutions fast.

iSolved is a very comprehensive HCM platform that streamlines many workflows such as payroll, time off, and compliance. iSolved has provided a significant time savings so that we can work on other initiatives. It's very hands on and easy to use from an admin perspective and employee view alike. Our main customer service rep is wonderful but I do have some issues when my questions require Tier 2 support in getting to the right person but I will say that has been addressed and is actively being worked on.

While the problems were not necessarily constant, their recurrence affected my overall impression of the platform. I would encourage iSolved to continue focusing on app stability, reducing technical errors, and improving consistency across the user experience. If those issues can be addressed, I believe iSolved has the potential to provide an even stronger and more reliable experience for its customers. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the staff and customer service and see a lot of value in the platform. With continued improvements to reliability and performance, I would be more inclined to give iSolved a higher rating in the future.

The customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful when issues arise. The reason for a four-star rating instead of five is due to occasional system bugs and glitches that can be frustrating at times. While these issues are typically resolved and are fairly common with most technology platforms, they can disrupt workflows when they occur. Overall, iSolved is a strong, reliable HR solution that I would recommend, especially for organizations looking to consolidate HR functions into a single, user-friendly system.

Overall pretty good; comprehensive, easy to learn & use. Lately there have been a lot of weird little bugs that have been a bit frustrating.
