Do not take it! They advertise these injections, but in reality they prescribe them only to those who has diabetes, they say. They prescribed me topiramate that treats epilepsy and convulsions and convinced me that it helps to loose the weight. When they noticed that I didn't have much progress, they increased my dose. The next day I followed and started taking a greater dose, I had numbness in hands and feet,tingling in fingers. I couldn't concentrate on anything. I was not able to remember what I did 1 min ago. I was like frozen. That was very scarry. Do not go to them!

They trap you into a 6 month commitment and make you pay cancellation fees. The “coaches” are people who have never been fat and the doctors send generic responses. They don’t care if you have severe side effects. This company is a scam and shouldn’t be allowed to prescribe medication.

I followed everything they asked me to do and gained weight, they told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. Got diagnosed with binge eating disorder 1 month later. They won't leave me alone and keep sending me messages about coming back and joining

I have been really busy and I expected the drugs to come every month but I only got 1 month's supply since March 2023 ( it is now September) after paying $500 initial fee. I should have been proactive with account. It was a waste. The first month did not show any change. Even 5 lbs. would have been nice. Nothing. The monthly charge is a lot too, and the cancellation fee is $99. Be aware. The online community looks helpful and everyone posts, and it feels like an Instagram world, which isn't my type of program. It wasn't for me, maybe it will be for you.

Found is basic. And I mean basic. It is a program that if you’re committed to yourself and to making changes in your life, they are a good starter plan. I just canceled my subscription (that only cost $99 extra as they require a 6-month commitment, but more on that later). What I experienced with Found is that if you have never, and I mean never been a part of a group weight loss plan then this may be perfect for you. If you know how to count calories, figure out the macros you need, have done Intermittent Fasting, or know how to do internet searches, then you may be too far advanced for this program. The consultation for the medicine happens right away. I had to get blood work done (I had a nephrectomy years ago and medicine is not always my friend and we needed to make sure my remaining kidney and liver function normally) so I do not know if everyone must do the bloodwork, but they should. They should not just be giving out glucose/diabetic medicine to anyone that signs up. I provided my lab results, had a few chat consults with the doctor (or so it said) and my generic prescription for Metformin ER was on its way to me. The actual program is NON-EXISTENT. It is the equivalent of Instagram and FB for posts about logging steps, asking for encouragement, and pictures of whatever people ate. The "coaches" make posts as well, but they are about as useful as the posts of people’s food. When I decided to cancel, they emailed me a list (you cannot just cancel in your account) of all of reasons I should stay. Every single reason you have already. You have apps to track your weight, your food, your medicine, your workout routines, and most of those are free. $129 a month, cheaper if you pay your commitment at once, for apps you already have. You can do everything they offer with Siri or Alexa and a fitness tracking watch. I made the choice to cancel and not pay till the end of the required 6 months as it made more sense to me to spend $99 now and save the monthly costs for the next 5 months left of my membership. By the way, the prescription was $4 if I would have used my insurance and a prescription service like Good*X it was almost $8. So why such a HUGE cost for nothing. All in all, I would say that your needs are your needs and everyone needs different levels of support. For the price of this, I recommend a weight loss service that actually does something to benefit you and not just another social media created site. ***EDIT*** - so 4 months later they "edit" their review to include some whatever BS. Look elsewhere. Seriously. Ageless charges $25 a month for the medication and Dr visit. Back out and go look elsewhere.

This may be helpful for some. However, the providers were the only good experience. It is apparent that the company does not maintain enough staff to keep up with capacity. It is built on a Pinterest board principle with links to resources I can find easily on Google. After joining, I kept receiving emails to join. When trying to cancel, I am being ghosted. Pretty scammy to get folks wrapped up in longer term subscriptions without being able to provide any service beyond medication. I had a terrible mental health reaction to the medication and I am unwilling to try again. I feel I should either be allowed to cancel or at least be provided real support.

Where to even begin. Guess I’ll start with the Pros: Quick to speak with a medical professional and medicine ships fast Cons: Price is $120/month You only get a one on one coach for the first 4 weeks, after that you basically share coaches on the app with the rest of the Found community where everyone will see your Coach questions. The app is mediocre. I personally have found zero benefit in the app. I could see how maybe someone brand new to weight loss and health could find value in it. Customer support will tell you oh it’s worth the $120 month because it includes the medication! However, Metformin costs $4 at Walgreens for me. And for someone without insurance Metformin is a very cheap prescription. Add that with shipping, you’re looking at a $20 value tops. So will I continue? Absolutely not. I am cancelling my subscription. I can get my local PCP to prescribe the medicine. I don’t need to pay $120/month for no one on one coach and for a mediocre app. I can get a free app that does more than what they offer.
