This is it! Found is really the doorway to losing weight with like minded people, accountability, care & coaching. For over 4 years I was so unhappy with myself. I tried many diet fads, shakes, teas. I e en tried WW. It just didn't work for me. Found works. I'm really happy that I joined. I feel amazing.

I started this program at 220 pounds and I am now at 180 almost 1 year later. I met with a doctor for an intake meeting, was prescribed meds and each month or before each renewal i am interviewed again for side effects or any issues. The coaches I have had agave been great. My first one was fabulous and then they switched and I was ready to cancel the coaching but I figured I would give the second one a chance and I am so glad I did. She has been so attentive to my needs. Gives me encouragement. Helps me with setting goals that are realistic and attainable too. This program has saved my life! The weight was slowly killing me. I feel like a new person. I am learning how to listen to my body and only feed it what it actually needs to sustain it. Our food culture is awful and we need to learn how to eat all over again. It is well worth the money too. I am paying less in medical bills now to offset the cost due to being healthier. I am exercising and eating and actually losing 1-2 pounds a week!!!

I love that they come along side you with encouragement and helpful suggestions to give you a fighting chance in this against your mind and outside influences. The physicians watch your medications, the coaches try to keep you pepped up and on track, and the community encourages and uplifts. I'm at a plateau right now, but I know with all this continues support, I'm gonna do it this time and keep it off!

The people are great and the service is fantastic.

My coaches have been awesome with consistent, personalised contact. They help me set fun and realistic non scale victory goals. The physicians respond within a few hours of every inquiry. And I've lost 35 lbs in 6 months!

I’ve lost weight with the medication my doctor prescribed. And I enjoy reading the short educational snippets about nutrition. I do wish the coaches reached out more- I don’t feel there is much communication or checking from coaches, which is a little disappointing. Coaches will comment here and there about a post but there is no one to one connection happening.
