We’re really sorry to read this and understand how distressing it must be to move into a home that doesn’t feel clean, safe, or properly maintained. No one should feel uncomfortable or concerned about health issues in their living space, and we recognize how upsetting that experience can be.
Move-in condition, cleanliness, pest concerns, leaks, and maintenance issues are meant to be reported immediately so they can be addressed as a priority, especially when they affect habitability. When that doesn’t happen quickly or clearly enough, we understand how frustrating and unacceptable it can feel from a resident’s perspective.
We can’t review or respond to individual cases in a public forum, but feedback like this is taken seriously and shared internally to review standards around move-in readiness, cleaning quality, maintenance response, and communication. Situations involving leaks, mold concerns, or pests are not taken lightly.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even though it was a negative one. Input like this helps us identify where expectations and reality are not aligned and where we need to do better.
