Great fast service. Rates are high, but it is a hard money loan, so that has to be expected. Appreciate the awesome service!

1-Star Review for Kapitus I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kapitus. What began as a simple inquiry for business funding quickly turned into a frustrating and questionable process. I was told that Kapitus was the direct lender and that only one credit inquiry would be made. That turned out to be false — my credit was accessed multiple times by unknown third parties, and only after pushing for clarity did they admit they are not actually the lender, but rather a broker. Despite repeated, reasonable requests, they refused to provide a copy of the financing agreement or even disclose the actual lender's name unless I first submitted a driver’s license and a voided check — which is not only unprofessional but potentially unlawful under consumer protection laws in both Ohio and New York. Now they’ve become completely unresponsive. This company lacks transparency, misrepresents their role in the funding process, and does not operate with the level of integrity any small business should trust. I would strongly caution others to stay away from Kapitus and look for funding partners who are upfront, ethical, and responsive.
