Kuranda has amazing customer service! And, they truly care about dogs! I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed for my dog and reached out to customer service to see what I could do. They let me know that I could donate the bed to a local dog shelter and they would refund my purchase so that I could purchase the correct size bed. Not only was I able to get the right bed for my dog, Kuranda made it possible for a shelter dog to get a bed too!

We had a beautiful burgundy canvas bed that we kept for almost a decade until the new generation of pups ended up damaging it beyond repair (just wear and tear + big puppies, nothing over the quality of the product). We purchased a green canvas this time and the pups love to sun bathe outside on the bed, the sturdy & soft canvas is a favorite in our house & I highly recommend it. Special shoutout to the Kuranda team's customer service, they truly care about your pet & want you to be happy with their products.
