Inconsistent services My first visit was very good professional greeting and excellent service. My second visit was horrible 😫 the person at the front desk acted like they couldn't be bothered, the person who administrated my blood withdrawal hit a nerve and it felt like and electric shock. It still bothers me a month later She decided to go to my other arm and after finally finding a vein I ended up black and blue for two weeks I was butchered

In my last visit on Falls road, with my experience If there was a less than one star I would select that one. When I entered the lab, I was asked to take off my disposable gloves in a rude manner knowing that there is no policy for disposing gloves.The person who draw blood didn’t have uniform and I was concerned about wether she was qualified. She didn’t ask which arm and in no time I saw the needle in my vein. Soon I saw a gross and large bruise in my arm. I contacted LabCorp and requested from a supervisor someone from the corporate office to contact me. It has been over two weeks and as yet no one has called me.

Left me with a painful and nasty bruise. Surely if they take blood everyday they would be good at this and not leave you with a large painful bruise.

This is the worst lab EVER, if I can give it -100 I would. The lab told my doc that there are some problem with the test and there is no test result. But 2 months later I received a bill. When called they said I can't see the result until I pay the bill. Once I paid still no bill! Calling them again and got hanged up. They are running a scam and blackmail patients to pay with the test result. I suspect that there is no test done whatsoever. Here I am three months after the test, bill paid and still no result to be seen. Not to mention time wasted calling them countless time and getting forwarded back and forth between billing and record... This is the a company to avoid!

Disgusting place. Tests on 16 week old beagle puppies. Tortures and kills them for tests that are outdated and dont work. Let everyone know what a vile company you are!

Terrible customer service. Inaccurate results proven when we used a different lab (GO TO DDC) Don’t do a paternity test through them. I’m pretty sure our results came out wrong from being rushed (Same day turn around)

I was very pleased with Juan at the Mira Mesa California Labcorp who drew my bloodwork and got it the first stick,which is almost unheard of in my life. I had to brag about this experience today because it is very rare. Thank you!

Went got lab work done at the north foster location on 8-2-21. After i made it home later that day i received a email saying i have a new test result waiting to be reviewed. So i went to check my test results on mychart. And i seen they did the wrong doctor lab orders because i did them lab orders alredy on 4-28-21 at this same location. So now i have to go get them did at a different labcrop location. Because this the second time that they pulled the wrong lab orders. I think they should ask the patient what doctor they have lab work for to make sure they doing the right lab orders.
