Hideous customer service, unprofessional and downright aggressive. Avoid at all costs, particularly the site in Leeds.

I made an appt with my local site for a blood draw. Got there and there was a sign on the door saying it was indefinitely closed, go to the closest branch (8 mi). So, went to the other site for the draw. Good people at the site, ridiculously incompetent management. They must be mainly working off huge government grants so no need for accountability.

What is the sense in making an appointment when you will never be seen at the time you booked your appointment for. The last time I was here I booked at 6:45am and did not get seen until 8am, here on 7/14/21 my appointment was for 9:45 and it’s now 10:25 and I’m still waiting. This place is unbelievable it’s always a full day never in and out. There should be no way they are behind all the time.

Worst lab experience ever. Website very difficult to navigate. Staff doesn't know anything about it. They don't take payment at the site so everything has to be done online. Wasted half a day and couldn't get my test done.

Lab corp is a very trashy company. Employees do not treat patients with any amount of respect. Their systems were down when i came in and they couldn’t administer the test i had scheduled 3 days before. They are utterly unreliable, and caused me to miss work for nothing. Do not use lab corp or any of their services unless you have substantial amounts of time to waste. Additionally, their customer service is laughable as I have spent hours just to try to speak to someone on the phone. The fact that they are still in business blows me away when considering the fact that they don’t offer any quality service in any sense of the word.

Lab Corp sells Pixel Home Test Kits which are delivered by FedEx Overnight shipping, except the delivery is NOT overnight, and takes 3 days to reach the lab. Do not use this company for tests required for travel because the results will not come back in time and you will not be allowed on the plane.

I made an online appointment for 6/16 at 1:30 at Summit location. They close every other Wednesday and they were closed. Why did they have Appt. Online? It cost me gas, parking and not eating. Go to Quest not Lab Corps.

Their appointment system allowed me to make an appointment, asked me my insurance information...policy #, group # etc... (my insurance company was in fact one of your options), I went to my appointment to only be rudely told by the receptionist that Labcorp does not accept my insurance. I wasted my entire morning. What a joke...
