I placed my order via the web and got a conformation with the order number, saying as soon as payment was received, the order would be completed. I waited a week, and hadn't heard anything or seen the product, so I sent a message via the web 3 days ago, and still have not heard back from them. order # 11501

The customer service guy was most polite and got my order done fast. An this is the best candy I've ever tasted.

There’s no greater company or customer service than what you’ll find at Lammes.. My order had gotten mixed up and I had only received half of what I’d ordered, a call was made and the rest of my order was delivered in record time.. Their idea is the customer is what’s important and I sure am satisfied with such great service. I’ll keep coming back.. Their products are wonderful.. and so are they.. ❤️
