These companies manage their events locally, while LCWW® maintains pedigree records and supports affiliates with education, marketing and social media. We work to create a welcoming culture that celebrates cats and gives rescue groups a meaningful place in the spotlight.The majority of the issues raised in reviews here concern events in the United Kingdom. The company that operated those events is no longer operating there. We understand the frustration caused by cancellations and refund delays. LCWW® has acknowledged the issues brought to us and is working with the relevant event companies to address outstanding cases, including refunds in process. We are actively working to return to the United Kingdom and hope to hold events there again in 2027.We’ve held 14 shows in 2026, with 7 more planned globally and an eighth under consideration. Please avoid at all times! They have cancelled the event on 13 March 2025 for the event which was supposed to be in Bristol on 5-6 April 2025. According to their policy, you need to wait 60 days for refunds to be processed automatically, and now it is June already, and they still have not issued me a refund!

Like many others I bought tickets for a UK event (Bristol) that got cancelled and I've been given the run around since. Copy and paste email responses and it's been well over 60 days their policy states for a refund. Unfortunately, it looks like many of us have been scammed. I'm not entirely convinced these events are even real given the laughable response I received when requesting a refund update. I would advise anyone looking to book tickets to one of their events to think again.

These guys cancelled a cat show less than a week before it took place. (Glad I didn't book travel arrangements!) I requested a refund and they responded that it would take 60 days. It's now been 90 days and they still haven't issued a refund and don't respond to my inquiries. I suspect they're deliberately exploiting kind-hearted cat lovers as the type of customer who's easy to rip off and won't make a fuss. Scumbags.

Went to LCWW at John Charles Centre on Saturday 14 June 2025 we had a great time. Steven was there and we learned so much about the different breeds of cats. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend visiting . Looking forward to next year's cat show here.

AVOID!!!! Scam!!!! Cancelled show in Bristol and never refunded. My child loves cats. Child was crying and distressed for several days! This should be investigated!

took my money for 2 tickets £90 ! got an email saying the show in london was cancelled and would refund me within 60 days etc still waiting and now no response to any email i send its a scam and i feel cheated out of money avoid this company !!!!

I wish I read the reviews earlier because unfortunately the 1 star ones are all true. As expected the even got cancelled (Bristol) and no refund since despite my 5 emails requesting about it. Total scams

Bristol event was cancelled. Email was sent to multiple people not on Bcc so we could see everyone’s email addresses. No refund given. Have issued a chargeback and reported the GDPR breach
