These companies manage their events locally, while LCWW® maintains pedigree records and supports affiliates with education, marketing and social media. We work to create a welcoming culture that celebrates cats and gives rescue groups a meaningful place in the spotlight.The majority of the issues raised in reviews here concern events in the United Kingdom. The company that operated those events is no longer operating there. We understand the frustration caused by cancellations and refund delays. LCWW® has acknowledged the issues brought to us and is working with the relevant event companies to address outstanding cases, including refunds in process. We are actively working to return to the United Kingdom and hope to hold events there again in 2027.We’ve held 14 shows in 2026, with 7 more planned globally and an eighth under consideration. Same here. I have bought 2 tickets to the London event. First they didn't notify us on venue change, after they cancelled the event, promised 60 days refund but no money. I had to report the company to the Financial Ombudsman today.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! If you are thinking of buying tickets to the rescheduled Belfast show, don’t bother. They cancel shows last minute and refuse to give refunds. I requested a refund 100 days ago, they are ignoring my emails, but, are continuing to post on socials. They are sending people emails saying they can’t afford to give out refunds, they are a complete joke!

If I could give zero stars I would. Had tickets for the London show that was supposed to be in February. They changed the venue without informing me, then changed the date to March and then cancelled it. I was promised a refund no later than end of March, which I am still waiting for. Upon chasing, I received emails telling me they didn’t know when I would get my refund, and now they have stopped replying even though they are active on social media. Awful service.

Same here as others,bought 3 tickets to London show,booked hotel to stay overnight,show was cancelled,over 60 days now- no refund yet!! Have Sent several emails asking about refund- keep receiving same generated emails back that they are working on it as priority,really? What shall we do? Where else we can report this company? Shame,i wanted lovely family day out,i had to work night shift to spend £150 on tickets 😕😕😡

Cancelled their show in Bristol (early April)… still waiting on a refund. Seems to happen quite regularly reading the comments. Total scam. Do not purchase tickets to any events you see advertised.

I paid for some tickets for early April 2025 in Thornbury near Bristol. About a month before the event I received an email to say the event had been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 60 days.. That time has passed and I have had no refund. I have sent emails to LCWW, but not received a reply. LCWW sent out a generic email to several people that had also purchased tickets. Everyone could see each other's emails, so LCWW have also broken GDPR rules.

I bought tickets to their London event, which was first postponed and then cancelled altogether. Despite being promised a refund, I’m still waiting – and now I’m being completely ignored. No replies to emails, no responses to messages. It’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience (and others’), this company seriously needs to be investigated.

I bought tickets for their London Catstravaganza show, was emailed days before saying the show was cancelled and we'd receive a refund in 60 days. This refund has not been paid and all attempts to contact them have been ignored. This company needs investigating.
