I did not have the opportunity to use the services of LeafGuard due to repeated missed appointments and poor communication. I met representatives at an event and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The technician confirmed the appointment, but never arrived. I emailed the technician directly to ask if he was still coming, and although the email showed as read at 5:39 a.m. the next morning, I never received a response or follow-up call. I then contacted the company to report the missed appointment and was asked to reschedule. Once again, I confirmed the appointment the night before, and once again, no one showed up. When I called the company after the second missed appointment, I was told that my appointment had been canceled. Unfortunately, no one contacted me beforehand to notify me of the cancellation. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer communication

My experience with LeafGuard was mixed. The actual gutter system seems decent so far, and the installation crew worked quickly and finished the job in one day. I do appreciate not having to constantly worry about leaves clogging the gutters anymore. However, the overall process left me with some concerns. The sales appointment felt much longer and more aggressive than expected. The original quote was extremely high, then suddenly dropped several times after “special discounts” were mentioned, which honestly made the pricing feel inconsistent and difficult to trust. I also felt pressured to make a same-day decision instead of being given time to compare options. After installation, there were a few minor issues with cleanup and one section that needed adjustment. Customer service eventually responded, but it took longer than I would have liked considering the price paid. Overall, the product itself seems okay, but the sales tactics and follow-up service could definitely be improved. Not a terrible experience, but not nearly as smooth or professional as I expected for such an expensive project.

On 3/19 I met with the SalesRep. Once the salesperson Dan, came, everything from there went down hill. What he informed me that would be done for $9,100 was originally not done when the techs arrived for the installation on 3/21. The piece of wood that was to be replaced and the gutters in the back of the house could not done. The techs explained that they were not roofers nor plumbers. I immediately spoke to the project manager, Dereck, who reduced the price to $8.727. They also did not have all of the parts for the gutters and had to put 2 black, vs. white parts on the downspout until they would be able to be replaced. Subsequently I spoke to my plumber concerning the issue with installing the gutters in the back of the house. He explained how it could be done without any issues. I followed up with Dereck concerning the missing white piece of the downspout. I also told him that I had changed my mind concerning the gutters in the back of the house and wanted it completed as well as the piece of wood that Dan had originally said would need to be replaced. This he agreed to do. On 4/13, the techs just showed up at my home. They installed the piece of wood and in the process of putting the downspout in the back of the house, broke my spot light over the garage and tried to fix it with tape. Unfortunately they still did not have the white piece of the downspout and said they would be back next week with the pieces. Since 4/13 have have both called, and emailed Dereck, Project Manager and Josh General General Manager with NO RESPONSE!!!!! I would strongly suggest that you NOT HIRE this company as they are very UNPROFESSIONAL

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with LeafGuard from sales to installation- and beyond! The salesman used no-pressure at all. I expressed exactly what I wanted; he delivered. The installation was absolutely seamless. I'd chosen LeafGuard because my gutters were overflowing into the mulch beds due to accumulating leaves. I was tired of having the gutters cleaned 3-4 times a year in order to keep the mulch beds from washing away. After installation, the gutters continued to overflow... I was beyond upset but let it go for a while... One day, I emailed the company about my disappointment. Lo and behold, I got a phone call from a very nice, courteous young man who said it was an easy fix; they came out in just a few days! It did the job!!!! I am absolutely thrilled with LeafGuard's customer service! Yes, LeafGuard is pricey, but you truly do get what you pay for. Thank you, LeafGuard!

Had them at my house yesterday for almost 6hours!! Their price started at 50k. Then 45k, 37k,28k, then 23k...guy made it sound like he was working for us getting the price down..then my husband decided to look online with reviews and everyone was saying the exact same thing happened with them. Calling their manager to get a better prices multiple times,same day only pricing making it seem like if you didn't sign today you would lose that price..they even had my son sign the contract, when my husband and i were out of the room,when it was all to be done in my husband name..shady company glad we decided not to go through with it..read on reddit for the reviews on their sales pitch and how they act like they are helping you. They have a good game going to trick people into paying really high prices!!

Our LeafGuard was installed in March. The system is nice but follow up is terrible! One of the down spurts is close to the ground, the foundation of our house is flooded every time it rains. We have made multiple calls with no response. This is a simple fix, we thought. This is frustrating! Buyer be ware!!!!

I have a clogged gutter and promised that would not happen. Water spills over the gutter. They charge a fee to come out to repair. This was not what I was promised. I’m a very unhappy customer with Leaf Filter.
