LeafGuard Brand GuttersReviews of leafguard.com

I am a repeat customer with Leaf Guard. Each time I received very good service. Luis, the project manager, was always available to discuss any concern I had. Denelle, your representative, was very knowledgeable about your product. She did an outstanding job representing your company. She took time to make sure I understood all my installation options. Daniel and Honor did the installation of my gutters. I can not say enough about their work ethic. They where both so kind, caring and patient. They made sure I was totally satisfied with my gutter installation. Just great team work to all that where involved. Nice work. Thank you all so much!! Rita Syracuse, NY

Very personable and informative salesman, product Very impressive

They did not do anything they said they were going to do. They had people come out and start the work, they didn't even have a permit. So they had to leave you would think before u start anything that they would have had one nooo....they didn't. You can't get in contact with a manager just the call center. Just a big headache the cost alone u should be getting A1 service you don't. They didn't even clean up what they started my house looks like a mess. Everything should have been done no more then two days they never came back. Didn't update us, to let us know what was going on with the permit!!, just a big mess with them. Now my house looks like crap find somebody else!!

The worst company to deal with. There is no one to talk to I mean no one beside a call center. I have had my gutters for less than 3 years and now need them replaced due to hail damage. I was told by the call center I had an appointment for Monday the 15th. What I did not understand was someone was supposed to call me on Monday, not actually be at my house. No call what so ever and this was supposed to be by the GM. I had called 3 times that day with NO response. Carlos called once on Tuesday when I was in a meeting. I called back a couple of times and left a message, I called Wednesday and left a message NO RESPONSE. Do not buy from them, because you will NEVER GET HELP if you have a problem. Very poor customer service. The call center people can not do anything besides say they are sorry, which is meaningless.

First they didn't do anything the salesman scott mccook said they would other than install the leaf guard. Said they would level, straighten, and clean out before they installed it, I was out side watching he did none of that. 2 weeks after installation I noticed the corners were coming up. Contact the person who sold it to me, Scott mccook he told me he didn't do customer service, I told him when he sold it to me he would be my contact. I wouldn't recommend this company they get ur money and then are done with you.

The gutter system is very pricey. The install was poor, there was no follow up by the salesman or anybody else. I have called several times to complain. They did come back out and make some adjustments which were about as poor as the original install. I am not done with them yet.

I asked for a quote for gutters to have put in. He came out today and once he was done measuring, he came back. He wanted to give me the pitch on how the gutters work and how they are different than any other company. I told him I know how gutters work and what kind of screws are being used I just want the quote. That did not stop him from talking and still trying to give me his pitch. I did not ask to get the Company History I had ask for a quote. Hand me the quote and call it the day. He said, can I just finish? I said no I just want the quote. His response was we won't be a good fit. After I saw the quote, I told him you are right we won't be. They are way overpriced. I did my research to find out what it would cost to have them installed. What they charge is almost 3 times as much as the average cost is for gutters. People do your research and find out how much things should cost that way you are informed, and you can go with a company that does not want to rip you off.

I had installation on 06/05/26. Install went great. Storm and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable of the product and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I wanted to eliminate a downspout, but Storm recommeded against it and explained in detail why it would not be advisable due to the the size of my house and other specs. They worked well together. After the install, we had several days of hard rain. No problems at all. This is the second house I have had leafguard gutters and have not been disappointed with them. Yes, they are more expensive. But sometimes you have to pay for better quality. I tried leaffilter on the house and wasted money. Those filters did more damaged to my roof and fascia. I love Leafguard's motto " Get it " "Forget it ". Amy Rice
