Very efficient and great customer care

Good work and we are very happy with our walk in shower. We got our shower bench installed today it had to be ordered but very happy thank you

We entered into a contract with you on 2/7, although given a 2 week anticipated delivery and install, I finally got an install, but stuff does not work. Have not heard from you since service tech appeared, and advised needed new power unit. Have heard nothing since his visit, 10 days know. I should not have to follow up on you, you should regularly advise status, every few days. In my 42 years of customer service related careers, I would have been fired for lack of communication.

About 6 moths ago. after falling twice in the bathtub, we decided to replace the tub with a shower. After checking with several companies we decided to employ The Safety Solutions for this job. Clint Hartwood and Steve were great. The job was started on time and was finished within the three days, as promised. The shower looks great and so far had no problems. Each time I step in it I congratulate myself for the decision to make the change and for the way the job was done.

I chose this company because I needed the chair quickly due to my husband‘s progressive disease process. I was told I would get the chair in eight weeks but it came 17 weeks later. Also I’ve had it two weeks and three things have gone wrong with it and currently it’s not working. There’s been no service support as it’s a weekend and no one‘s contacting me back when I leave messages. Basically I feel like the product is sub par and the support service is inadequate to nonexistent. I would not choose this company again and discourage others from doing so. For such and expensive product I would have expected much better

GREAT PRODUCT - ALTHOUGH A BIT EXPENSIVE, IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Although there was quite a delay in installation due to materials not being available, the finished product has more than met my expectations. The men who installed the stair lift were very professional, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. We even got an extra remote in the mail, for some reason. My husband loves being able to get upstairs with a minimum of fuss and effort, which is a real blessing. Thank you, Maureen FitzGerald

The equipment installed functioned properly. One little concern I have is that the foot rest is heavy to lift for someone with a bad lower back. It would be a nice option to have a model with an electric control button to avoid deep bending to operate the foot rest.

I love my new walkin shower. It looks really good and I feel a lot safer. The installer did a great job.
