The communication could be improved; current updates. When a customer has made a date for install; taken time off from work, I would not expect to have the install be delayed for a prior customers service call. The company should have sent someone out for the call.

Workmanship was less than perfect. I now have a pocket door that opens only halfway, glue on the floor, broken drywall and molding. A single strip of plastic was used to “hide” the broken drywall on one side of shower opening, nothing to match on opposite side. Installers left without telling me of any of this. I have made four calls for a fix. On one call I was actually told, “oh we were there several days ago and took care of everything”! NO, no one has ever returned. I was promised twice this past Friday a call would be returned, NO CALL RECEIVED. I’m very disappointed. The shower was installed for my mother in her home. My wife and I was considering having the upgrade shower put in our condo, that won’t happen now! Typical we’ve got your money now go away!

This has been a challenge but mostly positive. Salesman was professional and friendly. Installation team was also professional, great job cleaning up. The problem was the product, apparently from a different company. When Rob picked up glassdoor #1,it just burst into a million pieces. Clean up took a bit of time. No replacement parts readily available so I was given a nice shower rod and curtain which allowed me to shower but could not have exhaust fan on because curtain billowed in and out, alternating between sticking to me or allowing water to spray on bathroom floor. I felt like I was part of a funny comedy routine. Measures were being taken to complete the job as quickly as possible so it was just a bit over a week when Rob was back with new, well known equipment. All in all I am pleased with my new setup, got a great story and would recommend Leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Stone walls/shower base and workmanship were excellent! We're extremely satisfied with the end product. We love the look and functionality. The only issue we had was not being informed on exactly when the work crew would arrive. When no one showed up by noon we were concerned we were forgotten. The finally arrived mid-afternoon.
