Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Was not happy when they called and said they could not install our bathroom when they said were, but called back and found another installer. His name was James . He was excellent, did a beautiful job, couldn’t be more pleased. The only thing I would say negative about him is never came early. I highly recommend him and very friendly. Love my Shower

Kirk was good to respond immediately but he did not have experience to fix the chair. Now it scheduled to be fixed tomorrow. Four days delay in service is unacceptable.

Our original installation date was set for 12/20/21. Nobody came to our home on that day or until February 28, 2022. This was disappointing but was intensified by the lack of communication from Leaf Home Safety Solutions. When installation did begin, it was late as well on the re-scheduled day. Our installer however was terrific! He did an excellent job in a timely manner.

The work crew was very efficient in manners and cleanliness. I did not get the magnetic shower head, hope to get that resolved soon. Otherwise shower stall looks great and I can't wait to use it.

mediocre install scratched new floors door seal has been leaking since install. tech was in a hurry to leave so didint even fill the tub or go through controls still waiting for door seal repair and to address the scratched floor. on the positive side i have used the tub numerous times and like it

Your service department could use an overhaul. The young man who removed my tub and installed my walk in shower was a very nice young man. He did his job in a respectful way. Although after he left we found the shower head is very loose in the wall. He had knocked a dent into my kitchen wall as he was taking out the tub and the inside shower door has knobs instead of a bar for opening. I do not like this and would like a bar put in instead of two knobs. Today I realized the doors were put in wrong. They do not even close all the way. I have contacted your service department several times without response. This past Wednesday a young man came and inspected the work. I have not heard anything and will again call the service department for answers. When the young man that did the job left on the 2nd day I gave him a check for payment in full. Of course when I discovered the problems I stopped payment on the check. When things are finished to my satisfaction I will with draw the stop payment, but not until. Im very disappointed in your company. I was assured when purchased that things would be done in a very professional way. Example: when someone tells Gabby to tell me they will call me back I expect them to. This has happened several times. I’ve also not received the removable stool that was supposed to have came this the package. 678-572-3707

We had a very good experience with our new shower installation from beginning to end! Our salesman, Ronnie, was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He led us through the process, explaining the material that would be used. We were able to choose all of our colors, doors and hardware. Joshua was our installer. He took his time and did an excellent job. During the process of demolition, Joshua discovered that we needed a new sub-floor, and was able to build a custom sub-floor for us. He also added an additional shut off valve for the shower. He was able to complete our new shower installation, including demolition and clean up, in 3 days. Joshua was also very knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and polite. We are very happy with our new shower installation. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us.😊

The installers arrived on time, complimented me on my place, pet my cats, and put me at ease about being in my home. They worked quietly and cooperatively and cleaned up their mess when finished. I am pleased with my new tub and glad I chose Leaf Home Safety Solutions.
