Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

I was so surprised at the wonderful customer relations through this company. From the salesman to the guys installing my new shower, they made certain everything was what I wanted and it was to my satisfaction. They also got it done very quickly, which I definitely appreciated!

The tech that was sent was great. He was very nice did a nice job but my husband and I were very disappointed with the communication between Leaf Home Safety and the tech. He came with ;little of the information that we provided the regional construction supervisor. We told them on the walk through that we were planning on getting a shower door installed later, the tech knew nothing of this, came with a curved shower rod that had screws to hold it and would have left holes visible when the door was installed. This was one thing among several little things, suffice to say it was ALOT of money for an average product.

We had confidence in this company because of our installation of our leaf filter a couple of years ago. We were very impressed with the professionalism and skill that the installers brought to the job. We are very happy with our walk-in shower and will certainly use the company again when it’s time to get a chair lift on our stairs.

We were very pleased that we didn't have to wait to long for our shower to be installed. The installer, Kalab was very polite and easy to get along with. Our problems was the shower head was the wrong one, it had to be replaced 2 times to get the right one. Kalab had to come back to fixes leaks and to adjust the doors. It is so much nicer to get in and out of now. Thanks for making my life easier.

We had a shower installed in one day. Actually it was a Friday and he stayed a little later so he didn’t have to come back a second day for an hour or two. He was efficient, friendly and kept checking in about the height of the bars etc. At the end of the day he cleaned up well and showed us how to work the shower and controls.

The shower was done in a day as promised. Overall, I am very pleased, but there are 2 issues that keep me from rating them a 5. The shower seat was bent so therefore not put together correctly. I just brought a new one off Amazon. The caulk job left a lot to be desired. I have not contacted them, my fault, i am sure the customer service would be excellent. I just can't deal right now.

Both the wife and I feel like we were treated like old people and not listened to as far as what we wanted. What we got was not what we wanted. We did not want anything sticking out from the wall. We wanted a pedestal type stool coming up from the floor and to be strong enough to hold 400 to 500 lbs. The installation was to be done in two days starting on Saturday (4 Dec). It took until the 9th of Dec to finish. The install guys were to come back on 7 Dec to finish but they went to another job (they didn't call). I had to call them. They showed up on the 9th of Dec (8 to 10). They also left some caulking material. They didn't clean up after they said they were done. Over all just not happy. We will not be recommending this company to any of our friends.

Communication not always the greatest. In-staller was great and I I'm loving the finished product!
