I had trouble with the Elementor-integration in Learndash. Muhammad was very helpful and investigated every option. Finally he found the error in the files of my website and took care until the application was working again. Compliments for the quick and professional service!!

Can't fault the support I have had over the past few weeks from Eduardo and Brent. Building my course was quite straightforward and whenever I had an issue they were there to help. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Lots of issues with the plugin, especially since the new company took over. Extremely slow support; it can take weeks to resolve.

I had an issue with my LearnDash update after renewing my license. Dayana from LearnDash Support was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through the troubleshooting process, provided a solution that worked, and stayed with me until the issue was fully resolved. Thank you, Dayana, for the excellent support! 10/10

We have been "battling" with Learn Dash. Prior owners (Stellar) were terrible and the transition was so bad that they left us wit NO SUPPORT for a month. We were just trying to implement payments like PayPal and they could not answer us. Then they mentioned that the person that was helping us was gone. Then they offered advise with no screen links or breadcrumb clicks to find options and those options noted were not there. Now, today 07/29/2026, new owners... we have a problem with security and it is not good. It is 100% their fault and it will lead to no-trust for emails and possibly our website. Their signup page lets people register first and then buy courses once registered. But that allows bots to gain access to the WP new user interface and make fake accounts. We're seeing 1-2 per hour now. A simple .HTACCESS change could solve it, but we are on a "Hosted" plan and have no access to that .HTACCESS file area. No response since this morning and I sent them the .HTACCESS solution!

We had a couple issues with new updates. The process getting in touch with someone was a little difficult as companies have adopted AI chatbots for more efficiency. Once I acquired the customer service email, I got almost an immediate response from Dayana. She answered me within 24 hours, and fixed the two issues within 48 hours! We are a business, so it is important we get issues fixed immediately as it can hinder our brand voice. Then, there was ANOTHER issue! I reached back out to Dayana, who solved the problem AGAIN quickly and efficiently. I am incredibly pleased with the support I received and love the website template I use on our Wordpress platform. Thank you, team!

I have Learndash cloud. I contacted support and Eze helped me quickly and easily with a few issues I had been struggling with to figure out on my own. Since I am not a programmer, it is really nice to have such nice help!
